We offer Installation Qualification [IQ], Operation Qualification [OQ], Performance Qualification [PQ] as well, we provide Verification services, Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Repairs to Analytical Instruments such as Liquid/Gas Chromatographs, Mass spectrometers, UV-Vis Spectroscopes, and many others.
We work with many brands, like: Agilent, Thermo Fisher/Dionex, Shimadzu or Waters.
To ensure the quality of services, we have developed operational methods and procedures in cooperation with the largest Swedish research institutes.

Offer*:
- PM: Preventive Maintenance – Actions performed to keep your analytical instrument in a state of proper function so that it continues to operate within the boundaries set during qualification or validation.
- PQ: Performance Qualification – Full yearly check of your analytical instrument according to your or our own developed SOP. Qualification is performed as-found.
- Service Pack: Repair subscription with phone support and response time within a week. Discount depends on subscription size.
- Subscription: 3-year service contract including Performance Qualification plus 8 hours repair time per year.
- Subscription Plus: 3-year service contract including PM and PQ plus 8 hours repair time per year.
